All orders are covered with our 30-day guarantee. The items will be accepted back with full refund if they meet all of our returns terms and conditions and a request has been submitted within 30 days of receipt of the package.

You can do the revocation simply by sending us an email to ca@nordicsocks.com. We would appriciate knowing the reason for the return. We cannot send you a return label. Unfortunately, you have to pay the costs for the return.

In order to apply for a return, the returned product must:
– Be returned within 30 days of delivery.
– Returned in the original packaging to protect the socks.

Socks can be machine washed of no more than 30°C/86ºF, and they should never be put in the dryer or ironed.

The shipping time is 2-7 business days with standard shipping and 1-2 days with express shipping.

Please note: We just recently started shipping from our Canada warehouse. All orders before December 1st have a delivery time of 6-16 business days.

We ship parcels within Canada.

Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 business hours. You will receive a shipment confirmation email once the tracking number is available.

Note: If you order multiple items on our store, they will come in one package. Please take into consideration that packages are shipped only when all items are available, so delays might occur.

All orders are shipped with Canadian post.

A tracking number will be sent to you by email within 24 business hours after your order has been placed. If you didn't receive your tracking number within the time frame below, please contact our support team at ca@nordicsocks.com.
