If you received an item that is damaged or faulty we will happily replace the item at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 48 hours after receiving your order.
Should you receive an item with an incorrect color or size from your original order, please email us with a picture of the item(s). Please show the size tag, the original packaging and send the photos within 48 hours upon the receipt of the order. We will process a replacement once we confirmed the order.
We can offer you replacements at no additional cost if it falls under the criteria below:
Note: Please ensure that all the shipping information you have provided is correct before submitting your order. This is to prevent shipping mishaps or lost packages. We are not liable for packages that are misrouted due to incorrect shipping address.
Can all items be returned?
All items, with the exception of underwear/lingerie for hygienic reasons, are covered with our 30-day guarantee. The items will be accepted back if they meet all of our returns terms and conditions and a request has been submitted within 30 days of receipt of the package.
Gift cards can only be refunded within a period of 30 days from the day of purchase, and only in the circumstance that they have not been redeemed (partially or fully).
How do I return a product?
Should you wish to return an item, you can return it within 30 days following the delivery date providing that the product has not been used. Please contact us here and we will provide instructions for the return process.
Return Terms & Conditions
Nordic Socks does not bear the shipping cost of returning the item(s). Please note that returned packages can sometimes take multiple weeks to reach us. If you return a product without the return form, the refund may take longer. The corresponding refund will be made once we received the returned package.
If returned properly, your money will be refunded within 7 days to the payment method you used for the purchase.
Please allow a few days for the funds to be credited back to your payment method. The time frame varies depending on the payment method used.
Please note that only products in perfect condition and in their original branded packaging (alternative appropriate exterior shipping packaging can be used) will be refunded.
Returned orders remain under the responsibility of the customer until they arrive at our return address. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage during the transit of the returned package, nor will we be able to provide any assistance on tracking the returned package.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again and contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
